Hornady Backcountry Defense 357 Magnum Ammo 165 Grain DGH Protected Jacketed Hollow Point Box of 25

For those backcountry encounters when a reliable round can be a lifesaver, Hornady introduces Backcountry Defense ammunition. Featuring the DGH (Dangerous Game Handgun) bullet, providing maximum penetration and no expansion or deflection, Backcountry Defense delivers peace of mind from your favorite backcountry sidearm. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer-primed, reloadable brass cases.

Features

• Protected point locks the bullet nose to the core to deliver maximum straightline penetration while limiting deflection.
• See the target – unlike hard cast bullets, the jacketed DGH (Dangerous Game Handgun) bullet produces no lead smoke for faster follow-up shots.
• Popular heavy-for-caliber bullet options for increased energy from your favorite backcountry sidearm.

Note: Bullet is not designed to expand. It will retain its shape, resulting in maximum penetration to reach the vitals of even the largest threats.
